Brenda Cashion serves as Corporate Product Compliance Manager at UCX, a NAFCD member company. She brings more than ten years of experience in regulatory strategy, sustainable product development, and global sourcing. Brenda also plays a key role in advancing responsible practices across the flooring and wood products industries, serving on the IWPA Due Care and Formaldehyde Committees and the Board of the NWFA Education & Research Foundation. As Chair of the NWFA Women’s Industry Network and a member of multiple NWFA and IWPA committees, Brenda is a leading voice in aligning compliance with sustainability, innovation, and ethical sourcing.
