Scott Humphrey, CEO of the World Floor Covering Association, has vast experience in the floor covering industry including 25 years at Shaw Industries, where he served in many roles including Director of the Shaw Flooring Network, an elite group of over 2,000 independent flooring retailers. During his leadership of the WFCA, it has grown to be the largest non-profit in the flooring industry and acquired multiple other non-profit entities. Its current membership of over 10,000 represents over 90% of all independent flooring retailers in North America. Scott is an avid athlete, reader, and writer. His popular weekly podcast “Leadership Live”, is viewed by thousands throughout North America. In 2019 he contributed to the book: The WOW Factor, and has just finished writing: “Leadership By The Letter” - a year long journey through the leadership alphabet.
