William Paddock is the Founder and CEO of WAP Sustainability and serves as Head of Product Sustainability at SLR Consulting, where he leads the global expansion of product sustainability solutions. WAP, now part of SLR, delivers carbon accounting, life cycle assessment (LCA), product transparency, and supply chain sustainability services at scale.

Paddock serves on the Technical Advisory for the GHG/ISO Harmonization Group, helping align global greenhouse gas and ISO standards. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Alabama and an MBA from Lipscomb University, where he is also an Adjunct Professor. He is an Eco Canada EP (GHG) and GHG Management Institute-certified professional, and has held leadership roles with USGBC (LEED MR TAG), HPDc, WELL, ILFI, and the Carbon Leadership Forum.
