Elsa Mullin serves as the Sustainability Director at Skanska USA in Boston, MA, where she brings over 10 years of expertise in sustainability consulting within the built environment. Her specialization lies in reducing operational and embodied carbon on projects, a critical aspect of advancing sustainable development in construction. In her current role, Elsa oversees the implementation of innovative sustainability and resilience strategies across diverse projects. Elsa leverages her credentials as a LEED AP, CPHC, LFA, and Parksmart Advisor to guide projects in adopting cutting-edge sustainable solutions. She holds a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of San Francisco and a MSc in Environmental Design and Engineering from the Bartlett School at University College London. Elsa is an active member of several environmental organizations and currently is Vice Chair of the AGC MA Sustainability Committee.
